…CURSLY.
The Graphics Development Laboratory A-1000 (Aurora-1000) was the first true high performance graphics board AutoCAD supported. The A-1000 was a high resolution (512×480) 16 colour board with a high-level command set including true polygon fill, multiple cursor types, and window and viewport support on-board. Its capabilities encouraged implementation of congruent facilities in AutoCAD, and exerted an influence on the design of the package still felt today.
