Moon and Venus in Daylight

Taken around 14:30 UTC from 47° N 7° E. Note how Venus has much greater surface brightness than the Moon. The sky was not very transparent, and I was just able to glimpse Venus with the unaided eye. Through 15×50 binoculars, Venus was easy and appeared as a bright crescent.
