We are using a noise-based binary random generator which attaches to the serial port of a PC. It is one of three constructed by David Phillips, serial number RNG-1. Dr. Phillips has done PK experiments with Robert Morris (current Koestler Professor of parapsychology at Edinburgh), and helped to produce a custom optical random noise generator for Dean Radin (at Univ. Las Vegas). Despite being very busy at the moment, he is potentially interested in producing more and can be reached at dphillip@west.net. The RNG was loaned to the Project by Helmut Schmidt along with testing, reading, and analysis software.

An online RNG service has recently been established. Operating out of Switzerland (which seems strangely appropriate), the HotBits website may be used by those interest to run online PK experiments similar to those proposed by this project
