King of the Stump

As spring passes into summer and interesting sights abound in the
countryside around
Lignières, I'll be posting occasional pictures which caught my eye.
Pas grand chose, just the odd bright image bobbing on the grey river of text which dominates this chronicle.
These bad actors were spotted in the
parc à chèvres of the
Métairie du Landeron on Sunday, May 25th, 2008. I usually walk up to there on Sunday afternoons: it's a 5.3 km round trip with a total of about 145 metres of ascent which takes about an hour.
This is the
